4. Children's and Student Privacy
EduPress is designed for educational settings and may be used by students, including minors.
Schools are responsible for obtaining required parent, guardian, or institutional consent before creating or authorizing student accounts where consent is required by law or school policy.
EduPress collects student information only for platform, educational, safety, school-community, and service administration purposes.
EduPress does not use student personal information for targeted advertising.
Parents, guardians, and students should contact their school administrator first for requests involving student records connected to a school account. EduPress may also assist schools with verified privacy requests.

Public content may remain visible until unpublished, removed, or archived by authorized school or system administrators.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information.
For school-controlled student records, requests are usually handled through the school. EduPress will support verified school administrators with reasonable privacy requests.
Users may also update account information inside the platform where the feature is available, unsubscribe from non-essential communications where supported, or contact support for help.
