Hire students and graduates from Ugandan schools

Give your organisation a page, post jobs and internships, and get applications with a CV built from each student’s profile. Applicants under 18 come with extra rules, set out below.

What you can do

Your company page

Add your logo, cover, story, locations, posts and events to a page that students, parents and schools can find. Your team shows up only if each person chooses to be listed.

Opportunities

Post jobs, internships and business listings. We read each one before it goes live, and nobody under 16 can apply for a job.

Applicants

Everyone who applies has verified their ID. If a student in Senior 4 or above doesn’t upload a CV, we attach one built from their school record.

Rules for reaching young people

Many people on EduPress are under 18. These rules apply to every organisation, and you can’t switch them off.

  • Children never see ads or promoted posts.
  • Jobs and business contact for children go through their guardian.
  • Adults can’t connect with children or message them privately.
  • A child’s CV never shows their phone or email. The school is the contact.

How it works

  1. Create your pageSign up with your organisation’s details, then type in the 6-digit code we email you. You don’t need a personal account.
  2. We check itWe review every new page. Nobody else can see it until we approve it.
  3. Post an opportunityEach listing waits for our review before it goes live, and so does each edit.
  4. Meet applicantsMove each applicant from Reviewed to Shortlisted, Interview and Offer. They’re told at every step.
  5. Answer messagesPeople write to your page and you reply. You can’t start a conversation, and under-18s can write only if a guardian says yes.

The rules

Read these before you post. They’re part of what you agree to.
